Unfortunately, the filings today show that Paul Carlin, Koening Grandchildren Trust, Craig Waltz and Robert Sullivan weren't served with the Summons and Complaint. Which means that GVSI will need to request alternative service and it will take 4 weeks to complete.

Also unfortunate that that list of four includes the three biggest shareholders representing 285M of the 294M shares being canceled.

But hey, at least we got some sort of update.
