Thinking clearly with a level head, here is what I think is going on and will happen.
AA and the Board (want to reduce float and dilute more AMC shares to pay bills), HF/MMs (want to reduce # of fake naked shorted counterfeit AMC/APE shares they have to buy back one day), SEC/FINRA/DTCC (wants to avoid a market meltdown in an AMC/APE MOASS), and you guys here (want the arbitrage APE ->AMC deal), Reddit Guys (want the arbitrage APE -> AMC deal) all want the YES vote to win. A few rightous shareholders/APES and some youtube influencers want NO vote to win. I think the NO voters are in a small minory. Therefore I think the YES vote will win. Sorry to admit it but them are the stats IMHO. Sorry to flip/flop back and forth. I still think the RS is bad for AMC/APE shareholders but that issue for now is put aside for bigger gains in store if it works out the way I think its going.

We shall see if I am even close in estimating this very controversial, impacting shareholder's vote and consequences.
