Maybe because the market cap on a 7% slice of the company is valued at 2x the revenue last year for the entire company?

They should've added the bonus line "CAPITAL RAISE IN A FEW MONTHS" not to be outdone by "THIS IS A VERY CAPITAL INTENSIVE BUSINESS".
