In my basic initial scan, the CEO VLOG is a hot mess

just to point out one item -

he states the willingness of the M&A targets to accept Camber shares as partial consideration in a deal - demonstrates their confidence in the value of their assets as well as confidence in the growth strategy of Camber

without the actual numbers, cash and stock, his statement is absolutely nothing except puffery

smells scammy, and the litigation is a huge negative on top of that
