We need IDE to be profitable/successful....no kidding, I am sure everyone here knows that.

But without Isopet I can't see how the road to achieving IDE approval wouldn't have been much longer. I am sure that Mayo Clinic doctors were aware of and examined the Isopet treatments closely. I bet they continue to expect Vivos to share relevant results/lessons from the Isopet patients with them (in the form of data as appropriate). Also the company wouldn't have had any opportunity to develop real-world experience with radiogel's distribution and application processes. The latter two have been greatly enhanced in just the last year.

It should be possible for Isopet to become a profitable business, but I believe that isn't possible because vets like/want, and profit from doing surgery. I think it is unlikely they are going to suggest radiogel for a small tumor they can easily remove surgically. Even if at some point the cost of radiogel drops to being lower than the cost of surgical removal. Surgeons like to cut...never go to a surgeon and ask 'do I need surgery?', cause they are going to want to say yes.
