ESPN valued at 5000.00 per share (50 billion market cap) in this share structure, another option would be a purchase, or maybe VS shareholders own 1% of merged company with ESPN paying 50.00 per share for the patent portfolio, which caused Streak for the Cash (abruptly halted after VS issued patent) and other ESPN fantasy games with cash prizes to wait for a deal. Lots of sports interest was generated by Streak for the Cash and it is probably starting to eat into ESPN’s bottom line, hence an imminent deal, as volume shows.
