No.

Would you agree that a lengthy decision is bad news for Sharp?

So again, No...No... No and No.

I have stated very clearly many times and will again... I am married to the legal profession in the most literal sense. The people in my camp have reviewed the entire supreme court appeal.... as in, ALL filings.

The one thing I got wrong was my assumption that this case would be concluded much sooner based on the strong likelihood of a Sharp victory. I wasn't expecting a decision overnight like some, but I wasn't expecting to be waiting six weeks either.

It was recently explained (re-explained) to me that just because a Sharp victory is most likely a lock... that doesn't mean its going to take ten minutes.

The courts move on THEIR time.... AND, just because its taking more time than expected, that does NOT mean that the "strong likelihood of a Sharp victory" has been diminished in any way

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
