If this is true, then the company can't do much about the PPS. The trading does not make sense, simply because many stock in this exchange go parabolic for absolutely no reason. How come with all the news we have here, regardless of how credible the new is, we have this collapse of the PPS?

I think that what you are saying makes perfect sense...it is pretty easy to spot who went silent after selling!
