Joshua Aabb is organizing this fundraiser.
My name is Josh, glareice on Stocktwits and glareice1 on Twitter. I personally have $500,000 usd invested in Aabb. We are raising funds to contact a lawyer to investigate the following:

1. The incongruent correlation between short volume and short interest in the company. We believe that shares have either been mis-marked long to short and/or transfers overseas so that they aren’t tracked by finra as part of short interest

2. To investigate stxg and its clients in relationship to Aabb. Stxg is most likely a QIB that has bought shares from timecastle/whitecastle notes or someone is using stxg as a conduit for that purpose. To find out the violations of section 144(a)1 time and volume restrictions of the stock. I’m addition to look at how stxg or their clients have failed to register as an owner of a 5% interest in Aabb

3. Spoofing

4. The relationship between whitecastle and the company. Making sure there is a clear delineation between the shareholders interests and those of WC and no connection between the current BOD and whitecastle financially. Specifically to see if WC currently holds any shares (no registration of ownership)

all monies raised will go towards this project and additional monies raised will go towards a 501 c 3 as a donation to charity.
