Yes hashgraph is fast @10k TPS. It is 100% a layer 1 blockchain project by Hedera and one of my favorites.

Bitgert is an even newer blockchain layer 1 handling over 100k TPS.

Point is the tech is developing so fast and has so many use-cases that will change how all social and business is conducted.
