Brando, you and others should know a little History. After losing our backing in 2017, we needed to re start so, in early 2019 we re-opened a factory in (Lower) Goldendale, WA. at a different venue. We produced a series of small homes but had limited production equipment. We rejected over $9 million in Sales (one multi with 4 buildings was $7.5 million) because we couldn't produce. Today, if we could produce quantity, we could take orders into 2 years from now. However, after spending $1.3 million on new equipment that can produce 300 homes per year (with possible revenues of $45 million) we are still thwarted with a small 8K sq. ft. building with only 4 casting beds that can only produce enough building products for 2 small homes per month, which is what we are doing right now.since completion of the plant last October.
To that end we have an offering in the works to raise $2 - $5 million so we can build a new campus with buildings that can produce at least 100 homes to start per year (rev around $15 mill). This might be why the volume some days is quite high as some people know this and the price is right. So we're still here and we still have a job. Please drop the "old man" thing, I'm not that old and I'd like to see us back over a penny soon for the offering. Our future is outstanding.
