If they don't get at least 30% (432 M shares) of the combined load 1400 M shares the vote becomes a NO vote. They want you to vote to get the tally to work and not to reveal the synthetic, counterfeit shares.
I am betting they don't have enough votes to pass the tally.
There are NO 4.1 million shareholders but instead 500,000 shareholders. AA is lieing about the number of shareholders. In fact I question/challenge his claim that we hold 80% of all AMC shares. I think AA is just making up the numbers for his hidden agenda.
I don't trust this snake oil salesman.
