More often than not RS’s are a corporate sleight of hand, and have ZERO to do with helping the SH. Historically, RS are at best a 50-50 proposition for both investor and company.
As far as I know, Xalls doesn’t have a BOD’ers, so Nash would be acting unilaterally if such decision was to come to fruition. My life’s premise….don’t ‘F’ with my money. Hence my warning to Nash.
