They do seem overdue.

According to Investopedia,

non-accelerated filers are companies with less than $75 million of public float. These companies have 45 days from the end of the quarter to file the 10-Q.

Non-accelerated Filer 10-Q Deadline 45 days

Non-accelerated Filer 10-K Deadline 90 Days

When a company fails to file a 10-Q by the filing deadline, it must use a non-timely (NT) filing. An NT filing must explain why the deadline has not been achieved, and it gives the company an additional five days to file. Companies are required to submit an NT 10-Q to request the extension and explain the delay.

Fourth quarter ended 12/31/22, ergo results were due by 2/14/23 with 10-K due by 3/31/23.

3-Q results were released 40 days after quarter ended.

It's been 67 days since 4-Q ended.

If results weren't due for 5 more weeks, that would be 104 days after quarter ended.
