Nott bloody likely as this scam hasn't filed the 2022 10-K or the following 10-Q and is now severely delinquent in filing legally-required SEC reports. A couple more Qs missed and this turd will nott be allowed to be quoted anymore and it will die on the moribund "Expert" tier of OTCM. US residents will be unable to buy or sell it.

If you want to see an example of that, look at, for example, MRGE where the common stock holders in the USA are trapped and are holding heavy, heavy bags that no brokerage will allow them to drop (sell).. There is only a trivial amount of occasional trading by Canadians.

BTW, the CEO (Robert Mattacchione) is a long-time and notorious investment scammer. Look into his background and you will quickly see he is a crook and swindler.
