RE FUTS.....I had a nice convo with one of the main players in this company earlier today. Not really an insider per say but someone who is in constant contact with the company.

Of course I did not get any inside info but here is what I learned...

The shell has been kept up to date with the filings for a very specific reason. Obviously no one just likes to just throw away money on filings that will never amount to anything so....

They have been talking to many companies but there is one specific private co they really like. They believe things are imminent and that this company will be in their words "a perfect company at the perfect time". I took that as they meant because the OTC has had no real RM's as of late...this will be one that not only is a great deal but also one to kick start the OTC back up again.

I have no idea about when news might hit other than I got the impression it could be as soon as tomorrow or very soon after. They are anxious imo.

I will say that the last stock this person's associate was a part of went from .008 to over $1. So the track record is there.
