This is what I was referring to: When Are Annual Reports Normally Released? "The SEC requires that companies report their annual earnings (form 10-K) no later than 60 days from the end of its fiscal year."

Yet, on another financial website it states that the maximum period is 90 days from the end of the company's year. You stated five more weeks which, in fact, would make them tardy on the 90 day requirement.

My point is that with apparent good news, releasing sooner than later could help build momentum. Obviously any audit would delay a release.
