I've been following SIRC for years and through those years I pondered whether they have actual enterprises or whether itsa scam...every company has its setbacks and disgruntled shareholders...looking at he chart SIRC goes in cycles...this looks like a buy cycle BULLISH...btw its the float that we trade NOT OS or AS...those are used for company valuation...and I know what its like to continually avg down...there comes a point in time when enough is enough and just wait it out and find something else that's good pickens...every company has good and bad...it's up to me where I want to dwell...
