Many degrees of stakeholders and @PCTL_ has no regard for (us) the retail stockholders.

No degree of scammy-ness, you’re either a legitimate company utilizing the venue properly or you’re like @PCTL_ skirting disclosures and exploiting your access to capital while misrepresenting your ability and performance.

As @PCTL_ is knee deep into 1q 2023 with no changes whatsoever it’s easy to disregard the ineffectiveness of positive attitude and potential.

It’s high time to recognize the need to begrudge the past lies and material omissions.

Insiders and people familiar with the dis-function @PCTL_ are now starting to wake up to the reality of deception and foolery they have participated amongst.

I imagine (&hope) an employee or defrauded directly offered investor will look to capitalize on a whistle blower reward
