That is true, but there are 2 scenarios in how this money may or may not come in:
1) If the SP takes off once on NASDAQ, then if it reaches $1.80, then NB could trigger forced exercise of warrants (cashless) to keep the share count down (approx. 44% of the number of new NB warrants), but would get no cash from the exercise or
2) If NB lets the warrants ride, then there would be some sell pressure on the shares as some warrant holders would sell to raise funds to exercise the warrants, but NB would get the cash of >$100Million, but it may be spread out over 5 years (over the warrant life).

IMHO, I think we will need more funds beyond GXII and EXIM.
