O.T. i dont know but INXR just got one and shot them up to .0015. It seemed to be on a run, and then 2 back to back 911 bids were the end of it. I think it means "don't let it go high yet". Then it was followed up with the 909090 that I've seen before. Wouldn't you just love to have their codebook?
