This looks like another case of the shell game. All Your Foods was sold to MRPI to get the ticker going, when that didn't work they sold it to World Moto thinking it was ALSO another clean shell. Unless someone can bring forth the SEC filings to say otherwise we can say that this is just another attempt to get Benny up on the board again. So now it's been sold to GSPT as another pump and dump. GSPT's last pump and dump was when they bought Enigma.

Sadly this means our shares in World Moto are crap once again. We may have to wait another 10 years before Paul Giles or Benny decides to pump it again.
