Thanks so all the worries on Shell Risk were for nothing VXIT is fine

I was told that companies with a "Shell Risk" designation the answer is NO! Called OTC Markets yesterday after my email went unanswered, wasn't able to connect directly so left name, number and quick message. My call was returned within the hour. Spoke to a gentleman from the Expert Market department and he confirmed that pursuant to SEC Rule15c2-11 companies with "Shell Risk" designation will NOT go to grey markets come 3/28/23, those with "Shell" the answer is YES! Noticed on OTC Markets that stock quotes for certain tickers listed as a "Shell" currently display a Warning! This security is eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only.
