WHY is it low?

In their most recent financials, management highlighted their exposure in China as being the primary reason for the low pps. The price does seem to dip whenever we hear about a further strain in US/Chinese relations.

Management has said that they were in the process of restructuring so that they would have less exposure there. If/when that happens, or if there's a sudden turnaround in the US relationship with China, I think we'll see a resurgence in the stock's price. Hopefully this will be addressed soon by the company. Perhaps in conjunction with the release of their financials on 3/15 - 3/16.
