Interesting, tgc. What “paid shills”? I doubt
that totally. Any proof or just made-up crap.
I bought my PCTL long ago and in the dips,
and sit on monies from lower buys, and do
recommend the words: timing’s everything
on the OTC. I’ve done well with it. Nibbling.
Best to buy/add PCTL low and ride it on up.
