You fight is with the creditors. Anything involving AMC commons is just a sideshow, a clown show. The creditors (bondholders) will force the company into bankruptcy to get as much of their money back as they can. Even the unsecured creditors will be hard pressed to get anything. This means shareholders get zero because there is no equity. Any dollar value given to AMC common shares is overvalued. Anything you have means you overpaid for it. Anything a short gets is free cash. Yeah pay a little interest but so what.
