I respectfully disagree. The equity piece of the funding is a critical piece, and in keeping with our long-stated goal of funding the project 20% with equity and 80% through debt. And, as Mark and Jim noted at the Town Hall, none of the potential lenders will even consider a loan unless we already have some considerable cash in the bank. So, I do not understand all of this suggestion that we no longer need the GXII deal and merger. It gets us our equity funding piece, its puts a substantial amount of necessary cash on our balance sheet, and it gets us on the NASDAQ very quickly, as we are using the fact that GXII already trades on the NASDAQ to accomplish that listing much faster than we otherwise could.
