Well, I guess when you are down to the wire a bad deal seems better than a good deal.

Only insiders are gonna win on this merger - Jet Token isn't even a real player in the air service space

They are wannabes in the space.

Allowing the SPAC to liquidate would have been the smarter move for OXAC - shareholders will be crushed if this bad deal goes through.

Well that didn't go the way I expected
