AA will dilute the AMC company with equal percentage relative to the AMC float whether you vote YES or NO. The only difference is what you get out of it with a YES or No vote.

If you vote YES you will have 10% of the shares you have today and the shorts have a juicy target say $50 to attack back down to $6. AA will dilute your AMC shares by selling AMC shares to companies like Antara fking up shareholders.

If you vote NO you get to keep 100% of the shares you have now and shorts have a high CTB percentage (500%) fee to hold their short position and making the AMC stock a poison pill for shorts to attack with new short positions. AA WILL STILL DILUTE THE AMC CO USING APE SHARES.

If AA is going to dilute my AMC stock with either AMC shares or APE shares, I would like to keep 100% of my current share holding.
Anyone who votes to reduce his share holding to 10% of original amount is just plain dumb.
