True, but keep in mind when shares are this low in price... People will also have large quantities kept. Having few shares available for trading and a high pps is the same as having many shares available for trading and a low pps. The pps of any company will rise if "demand" to own the stock is great enough no matter how "low" it was to start with or how many shares are available.
