That is the legality of it. It does not mean they will ever convert. Per the CC, the max dilution is 17%. The Company will still own 83% as preferred. That legality is in place in the event of changing future events. It is quite standard. It is the same legality used on Dec 1st. You said all those shares would be in the outstanding within 60 days. You were incorrect.
