Yep, was told to rub my dig bite transplant scar for at least 5 min. a day. Firmly, as you said. I'm thinking from what we've seen the flex - stretch - exercise, straighten the scar tissue out and back to untangled smooth positions is the go for deep tissue damage. Will check the idea of massage out though.
I'll ask about isometric machines, like the one you mentioned, when i see Dr. Boyle and the rehab woman at the RPA on March 20.
I had recent blood tests both at the RPA and the Metro. No mention of iron deficiency. It's a thought if i continue to have flake out periods during any day. Today no problem like that.
Haven't yet had a bath since getting home. And i have to put tiles back on a part of one shower wall. Will have a good wash tomorrow as am getting a lift to shopping day after, Wednesday here.
