I know this is just hypothetical, but any solid PR that goes out to the masses, that brings in a large flurry of buying volume, will send this toward $1 rather quickly IMO. The tradable float should not be much over 6M to 7M shares, JMO

I have seen companies sell 1B shares generating $1M in tradable volume, that are doing nothing but selling shares of stock as a business.

BLPG should be trading a minimum of $.50 right now based on annual revenue and Ooutstanding share count. Way undervalued IMO.
