Total falsehood. NEVER said they would dump their shares....said they didn't have to sell a single share. Their shares are "assumed" to be converted for the purposes of establishing their percentage equity ownership as stated in the latest filing so the premise is 100% the same as what was posted from the original 8k that said they would be "convertible within 60 days".
