Short Exempts are shares that market makers sell without locating them. Basically naked short shares. Market Makers are required to deliver these shares in T+6. Now most of the time these short exempts are recovered in T+6 by big red candles with a selloff. There has been no selloff here so I am expecting a big week this week.
