So explain how pulling certs effects shorts. It’s not all out there. LOL

Ya claim it will be magic for the share price but it really does nothing but reduce the pool of shares held at DTC.

The two restricted dividends did nothing for the alleged short cover as they were hyped to do. What makes ya think cert pull will?
