The White House Council of Economic Advisors member, Jared Bernstein,
outlines Biden's housing policy and why housing finance reform has come
full circle

from trying to get rid of Fannie and Freddie to keeping them and converting
them into utilities,

but making sure that they serve their purpose as utilities; and better regulating
them so that they aren't being run like they have a hedge fund on the top of them.
