The HUBC merger was done with a 1.2 billion valuation and we're simply waiting for news to hit the wires under the new NASDAQ ticker about these US government contracts making everything under $5 right now a blessing as well as a potential very nice MOASS due to the short interest here.

HUB Security was a top company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and an issue there is finding investors and maintaining stock liquidity which is not a problem with NASDAQ.

The best part is that HUBC is in a growing space and I think it can hit the $10 SPAC share price that many RNER pre merger shareholders redeemed for at least, even if it stays in an undervalued wholesale price range because now this established company has US listed NASDAQ credibility to show new clients. I believe you are correct that now the company has increased in value.

Personally, I am expecting more US government contracts.
