Some peeps have short term memory loss. Guy ALREADY paid(robbed) himself $130k for some UNKNOWN "ASS-et". Whatever happened happened to that SHIT? Was it such GARBAGE that he knew he couldn't sell(SCAM) to even NAIVE retail?

Now, he's just gonna try to scoop WORTHLESS SHIT off the ground and DUMP it on "investors" laps for 4m cash+1.2 BILLION shares INSTEAD of using company $ to ACTUALLY produce something REAL, something SIGNIFICANT???

FYI, it's ALWAYS been about himself. NEVER about REAL shareholder value...
