I got some really cool news ...

There's an operator out there willing to hire a consultant to assist it in giving 70 to 80% equity stakes in the following oil blocks: the JDZ, Sao Tome, and Namibia. The Consultant is called X Rimlinger, see link at the bottom of this post.

These offerings are nearly identical in those three places...suggesting that the same operator is the one offering these equity stakes.

Well, there's only one Sao Tome place where oil drilling can take place. That's the EEZ.

So now let's revise the above statement: An operator is hiring a consultant to offer 70 to 80% equity stakes in the JDZ, EEZ and Namibia.

But !!!! ERHC is neither an operator NOR is it in Namibia.

So who would be in the JDZ, the EEZ, and in Namibia ... wouldn't that only be Total?

If it's Total, then Total seems to value the JDZ block between $440 million to $1.2 billion and it seems to value the EEZ block between $300 million and $1.6 billion.

It makes this valuation on Total's percentage, of which it will offer a 70 to 80% stake. And this is not Block 6, because only seismic data is available not drilling data...but Block 6 has drilling data...so this must be about Block 4.

But if Total's cut is worth up to $2.8 billion...then BEFORE that cut was handed over to Total...ERHC had about 100% (minus whatever it owes to the state) ... so what is the ENTIRE valuation worth????

These are VERY big numbers...and could easily mean dollars per share if the above ASSUMPTIONS are correct.
