Nope, not recommending buy, given the data (or lack there of) and management's execution. This has always been a speculative play for me. I do think there’s enough positives (eg, new audit firm and continued plans to release audited results; regardless what they ultimately do with them…eg to uplist or not to uplist) to at least consider the other side of your bearish trade though. I am bullish based on the fins and growth in the past years reports plus the fact they figured out the tax liability which was the major overhang on the stock the past decade.
