FCGD So reading the new supplemental letter from yesterday it looks like they are in a talk to have some combo of contracts/acquisition/joint venture with United Memorial Medical Center Corporation. Looks like they operate four facilities in the Houston area. Website here: ummc.care/

The letter itself is trying to get the shell status removed from the company profile. Not sure that effort is going to work but the mention of an actual business plan was interesting.
