A Trust never dies so long as there is some asset still in it. Whoever is the Trustee saw the offer from Synergy as a better deal than holding 4B shares @ .03 that is heading for the grey sheets one day.
Like inheriting a G4. The longer it sits on some airport ramp, the worse it becomes and fees to sit. Best dump it to someone who knows how to use it.
$750k market cap ain’t bad. I wish it were below $150k LOL

I bet Synergy paid around $50k
