It's NOT bullchit. Where are all these hundreds of thousands in toxic loans going to...or should i say whose pockets are they going to? The Benz family is double dipping. They get crazy interest on their loans for as long as the loans stay on the books (forever) AND they make money dumping billions of shares. While Ballas is enriching himself pocketing these loans, and by charging the shareholders for exorbitant expenses such as consulting, advertising, marketing, etc., none of which has done anything for the company so it begs the question...are they legitimate expenses or are they just another means to line his pocket?

The bottom line is the shareholders are the ones who are getting screwed.
