My two cents, for what it's worth, If a big Pharma wanted to buy Elite in order to sell Gen. Add. Say Pfizer,
they would not want to buy Elite just so they can make products for Lannett, Could be they waited so they could own the whole product, lock stock and barrel, This deal could be done in a half a day on a sat. peanuts to PFE, monopoly money, and a tax write off, , and they don't need a new CFO, they have many.
