FTK/ACDC...Looks like Profrac now controls 53.9% of Flotek. Have to wonder if is playing a major role in picking Flotek's new CEO.
I think the filings yesterday were great news.
Maybe ProFrac (ACDC) is thinking about acquiring FTK?
Time will tell but I think FTK undervalued.
