I agree, although someone needs to stop the CEO from borrowing money against the shareholders equity! All of the loans in recent years have all gotten paid back through dilution because he doesn't pay them back in the timely manner required! He let's the shareholders pay them back through dilution then pushes a reverse split though! Toxic notes abound as the SP goes down, down, down! Same ole crap in the OTC just a different ticker! No wonder people blow right back out of the penny stocks during or right after their short lived runs!
A serious question, has Nethanielsz ever mentioned one time how his shareholders mean something to him and the SP is one of his main concerns or even just a small concern of his?
