Oh no SME, I absolutely want to discuss it and it IS relevant when the ship is identified.

I believe we have had this circular debate for years. What Twiddle Doom fails to recognize Quote: and you too when discussing OMEX and Spain, THEY LIED TO FOREIGN GOVERNMENT ENTITIES AS WELL AS THEIR OWN.

I know you hate this next one too; reasonable entities can come to equitable solutions. The problem with OMEX and all the other yahoos in the industry is they start most, if not all, negotiations with a lie. Not a great way to build trust.

I promise you, if the wreck is Spanish, which is a real likely hood, a compromise will be found especially if the wreck cannot be determined as a vessel of war.
