I think many were here for the same thing in 2021:

...I’m here for the merger and what the PPS will be then, that’s why I bought in the first place.

But after some 16 months in the Expert Market some probably decided they've had enough and took some (all?) profits upon pink limited and pink current. Thus the reason for the current pps decline since then and now, if desired, they can even buy some back and wait for the merger again.

Good for them.
