never mind that the 9-11 attack occurred while the market was already in a nasty tailspin... i'm not trying to downplay the possibility of another terrorist attack, but to suggest it's more likely because the stock market is rising is ludicrous

personally i think there IS something that's a real concern that everyone has overlooked and has not factored this into stock prices--
